i just want to make a note that a lot of guys and girls literally DO NOT KNOW WHAT RAPE REALLY IS and find it acceptable in circumstances as shitty as “he spent a lot of money on her” and that’s literally unnacceptable. if you think this will be a waste of taxpayer money or s/t look at this and tell me that public education and outreach doesn’t work.
so basically this is REALLY important and would genuinely make a HUGE impact on rape stats.

This is the Boston bomber’s mother who was arrested for shoplifting;
Zubeidat K. Tsarnaeva, 45, of 410 Norfolk St., Apt. 3, Cambridge, was arrested June 13 and charged with larceny over $250 (women’s clothing valued at $1,624), and two counts of malicious/wanton damage/defacement to property. Weird in that Lord & Taylor was the same store that provided the key CCTV footage to identifying the bombers (although from a different location)
